Do I need to relocate to Abuja?
No. Penda is fully remote with no physical office. You can work from anywhere in Nigeria, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
Do you hire freelancers or only full-time staff?
Both, depending on the role. Some positions are full-time, others are contract or project-based. This is noted on each role above.
